About the Author
Mary Digiulio (Oradell, NJ) is a nurse practitioner who has worked as a medical-surgical nurse for many years. She is a member of the nursing faculty at St. Peter's College in Jersey City, New Jersey, where she is also the coordinator of the college's Nurse Practitioner program. Mary has taught medical-surgical nursing for eight years and teaches NCLEX review courses for prospective Registered Nurses and License Practical Nurses. She holds a BSN and MSN from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Jim Keogh (Ridgefield, NJ) was formerly on the faculty of Columbia University and is currently on the faculty of New York University and Saint Peter’s College. He is the coauthor of Microbiology DeMYSTiFied and Pharmacology DeMYSTiFied as well as several other DeMYSTiFied books.
