5. Avoid consumption of cholesterol
Avoid foods that contain high cholesterol. Cholesterol is not good for health to consume continuously could trigger the emergence of dangerous diseases.

6. Walking
If they are capable, there is no harm in taking them for walks healthy in the morning. Make sure that the foot is not going to make them tired. Not to be long, but just enough around your home.
